Hazem Halim

Hazem Halim

Human Resource Management and Organisational Development Senior Consultant

Hazem studied hotel management in Helwan University before commencing a research and teaching career in this area. He completed his PhD in human resource management from the Manchester Metropolitan University, England in 2002. Hazem is also a senior fellow in the Higher Education Academy, UK (SFHEA). He assumed an academic career at the department of hotel management, the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, Suez Canal University in 1995. In 2010, he joined the Business Administration Department at the British University in Egypt, and then assumed the role of the Acting Head of Department in 2011 to 2013. Hazem is an expert in the preparation and execution of educational and training programmes. His industrial and unique academic experience has helped him to devise and conduct numerous undergraduate, postgraduate and professional educational and training programmes; both inside and outside Egypt. He also executed auditing programmes to few hotels in Cairo. Hazem has worked in a teaching and consulting capacity in many different universities, institutions and academic bodies in Egypt and abroad. He also had a wide number of research responsibilities. Hazem has published several research studies in different areas. Hazem also worked as an organisational development and human resource management consultant for distinguished consultancy companies in the past 22 years. He utilised his concepts and academic methodologies to successfully accomplish many assignments both in the public and private sectors.

Yasser Halim

Yasser Tawfik Halim

Strategic Marketing Senior Consultant

Yasser Tawfik Halim is a Professor of Marketing at the Faculty of Management Sciences, October University for Modern Sciences & Arts (MSA), where he also serves as Vice Dean of Post Graduate Studies and Research (since 2025) and Head of the Marketing and International Business Department. He holds a Ph.D. in Hotel Management from Suez Canal University (2006), a Master’s in Hotel Management from Helwan University (1998), and a PGCert (Post-Doctoral level) from Greenwich University-UK. He is also a Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals and a HEA Fellow (UK).

With an extensive academic career, Prof. Yasser teaches a wide range of marketing, management, and digital subjects. He is a visiting professor at Nile University, Cairo University, Arab Academy for Science & Technology, and Egyptian E-Learning University. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles in international journals (e.g., Sustainability, Future Business Journal, Springer), covering topics such as digital transformation, AI, consumer behavior, hospitality, brand equity, and strategic change management.

He has served as a marketing consultant and trainer for multiple organizations, including the Industrial Modernization Centre, National Bank of Egypt, and General Intelligence Directorate. He is an active reviewer for reputable journals, an external examiner for MSc and Ph.D. theses at Cairo University, and a leader in quality assurance and academic accreditation at MSA University.

Ehab Shawky

Ehab Shawky

Corporate Governance, Internal Audit Senior Consultant

Ehab Shawky is a distinguished board member, Audit Committee Chairman, and global GRC, integrated assurance, and anti-fraud strategist. He holds an MBA from the British University in Egypt and London South Bank University, alongside a High Diploma from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Corporate Governance professional (CCG), Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), and an IRCA Lead Auditor.

Ehab serves as an Independent Board Member and Chairman of Audit & Risk Committees at Roasty for Poultry Industries and Montana for Food Industries. He is a Non-Executive Board Member at Supermax for blow molds engineering, an Advisory BOD Consultant for EgyCash (owned by the Central Bank of Egypt), and a Group Chief Internal Audit & Corporate Governance officer for a top-3 real estate development company. He also holds non-executive board roles at Atheer Consulting (KSA) and FullMark Consulting.

An accredited instructor for the Egyptian Institute of Directors (EIoD), IFC, ARADO, and JIoD, Ehab is a member of ACFE, OCEG, EJB, and the Egyptian Compliance Society. He has published articles on corporate governance and GRC, and has presented on AI in internal audit, digital audit transformation, and women empowerment on boards. His recent feature (2026) highlights him as “the Strategic Guardian” transforming audit into a catalyst for resilience and growth.
